What we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, selected subject and message. A phone number may be provided but is optional. After successful validation, your inquiry is stored as one line in a JSON log under the server’s protected /private/ directory. The form does not register an account or reserve a class.

Technical data

The web server may record standard access details, such as IP address, time of request and browser user agent, in hosting logs. The inquiry log records the language of the submitted page and the fields you send. We do not intentionally include your IP address in the inquiry record.

Cookies and tracking

The cookie notice saves your preference in browser storage and in a first-party cookie for up to one year. This site does not currently include a dedicated analytics tracker. The host and the external stylesheet service may process routine connection data needed to deliver the website.

Why we use it

We use the form details to read and answer questions about classes, practice sessions, crews, events and our editorial content. The form stores an inquiry; it does not automatically email the team or confirm a place in any session.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell submitted contact details. Our hosting provider processes data needed to serve this site and keep the inquiry log. Third-party content delivery may receive technical connection data. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Retention

We retain inquiries only as long as needed to respond and address follow-up requests. Hosting access logs are governed by the server provider’s retention settings. Stored inquiries are reviewed and deleted when no longer necessary.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied and to ask how it is processed. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. You can also remove the cookie preference using your browser settings.

Children

Sessions run for kids, teens and adults, but this website is not directed at children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information, they can contact us and we will remove it.
