Where to go when you need a hand

This page is a starting point, not a service desk. If you are trying to sort out a class, a cypher or gear before your first session, the routes below point you to the right place. Nothing here creates an account or a booking.

Write to the team

Questions about class levels, open practice nights or which session fits a kid, a teen or an adult go to the inbox. Say what you want to train and where you are starting from.

For anything that needs a mailing address, this is the one on record. It is a contact address only.

Before you reach out, it often helps to read the fundamentals first. The technique breakdowns on top rock, footwork and freezes answer a lot of the questions new dancers bring to their first session, and the cypher etiquette piece explains how the circle actually works.

Reach the people who run the sessions

If you are sorting out where to start, which class fits your level or how to join an open practice night, the fastest route is a direct message. Tell us whether you dance, watch or bring a kid along, and what you are trying to work on.

We answer questions about schedules, gear, cypher etiquette and training on concrete or marley floors. Nothing here replaces a doctor, so if something already hurts, get it checked first.

Write in English or Spanish. Mention your level and what you want to train, and we will point you to the right session.

Not sure what to ask yet? Start with the basics: your age group, whether you have danced before, and which element you want to work on first, from top rock and footwork to freezes and power moves.

Reach the people who run the sessions

If your question is about class levels, open practice nights or a local battle showcase, the fastest route is a short message. Tell us what you train, how long you have been dancing and which surface you usually work on. If you are asking about gear, mention what you already wear so the answer is not generic.

Crews booking a shared session can include the group size and the elements you want to drill. Parents asking about kids and teen groups can say which age group they mean. Questions about persistent discomfort belong with a qualified professional, not with us.
